Week 1: swallow 1 tablet twice daily with a meal.
From week 2: increase to 1 tablet three times daily (maximum 3 tablets = 750 mg niacin / 6 mg NADH per 24 h). Pharma Nord

INGREDIENTS (per tablet, slow-release matrix)

250 mg niacin (nicotinamide + nicotinic acid) – the immediate precursor to NAD⁺/NADH – and 2 mg NADH, embedded in hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium salts of fatty acids. Free from gluten, lactose, preservatives, and animal derivatives.
